Ricky Soler


Ricky started his career in Puerto Rico as a copywriter at JWT.  He then continued his upward move as Associate Creative Director at Young & Rubicam,VP/Creative Director at Y&R’s Miami office, ECD at Zubi Advertising in Coral Gables, and VP/ECD at FCB Puerto Rico. In 2014 he became Owner/Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Oneightyº/FCB in Puerto Rico. In these past years, Ricky has been the driving force behind successful campaigns for Coors Light, Ford, Kraft Heinz, Mondelēz, SC Johnson, Coca-Cola, Honda and Clorox, among others.Named by Advertising Age as one of the top 4 creative directors in the U.S. Hispanic market, Ricky’s work has won top honors at prestigious international award shows such as Clio, New York Festival, FIAP, the One Show and Cannes Lions.

Héctor Bauzá

New Business Development

Héctor is a marketing veteran and visionary with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. From opening his first agency at the tender age of 24, to his time at Saatchi and Saatchi Puerto Rico, and stints as general sales manager at radio and TV stations in Orlando, Tampa and Boston, Héctor has been at the forefront of the U.S. Hispanic marketing industry. In his trajectory Héctor has worked with local, regional and national brands in various categories including automotive, beverages, healthcare, financial services, non-profit, retail, higher education, and government.As head of business development at CIENTOCHENTA, Héctor starts the next chapter of his career and keeps us engaged with his unique sense of humor and passion for advertising. More than just career man, Héctor has served on the boards of the Orlando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Fine Arts Center at the University of Massachusetts, the United Way of Pioneer Valley, and as former President of Western Massachusetts Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Trustee of Pioneer Valley Plan for Progress.

Javier Tirado


Javier began his career as a copywriter in a US Hispanic Agency in his birthplace NYC. He's worked in agencies in the US General Market and later in leading roles in some of Puerto Rico's most award-winning agencies. His career has won him praise and awards while in agencies such as Lopito, Ileana & Howie;  Foote, Cone & Belding, Pentamark PR (which he helped launch), and as Creative Director of BBDO Puerto Rico. With his creative background and entrepreneurial soul he now finds himself as the CEO and Owner/Partner of Oneightyº/FCB Puerto Rico.Javier has been the Cannes Lions Representative and has led the local Young Lions Competition since 2001. He has also been a board member of the local Advertising Association of Puerto Rico and was nominated for the 2017 Top Management Award by the Sales and Marketing Executives Association (SME) of Puerto Rico.
